Galil mountain Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at the winery's vineyards located in the Upper Galilee. The wine displays characters of ripe wild berry and mint, accompanied by hints of tobacco and herbs. Best served at 64 degrees Fahrenheit or 18 degrees Celsius. Best enjoyed within two to four years of harvest.
