"This is a wonderful expression of a well-made Pinot Grigio and a perfect wine to welcome spring and warmer weather.  Here we have a straightforward wine with some intriguing nuances.  Well-chosen and easy to sip and savor.  This is a food-friendly Pinot Grigio and a nice change from Chardonnay.  It is an excellent choice for an aperitif and a good wine to accompany spring dishes—light and whimsical. Try with a spring salad.  It even manages to pair well with asparagus and few wines can say that!  A very good, light, and dry wine for pre-summer sipping…try with a shore lunch."
