Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for this wine are grown at the Kerem Ben Zimra Vineyard in the upper Galilee Mountains. The soil is basaltic, and because of its height of 780 meters, the vineyard enjoys a cool winter and summer characterized by cold nights and sunny daytime, which helps brings the Cabernet Sauvignon to an optimal maturity. Manually harvested at dawn, the grapes then go through a long and cool fermentation process, to extract colors and aroma.
The color of Tigress is a Deep ruby toward garnet. The aroma and flavors of Tigress are reminiscing of ripe black fruits, sweet cedar, and vanilla, enhanced by hints of tobacco and leaving a long strong finish.
